Secular Homeschoolers of Southeast Texas will have someone get in touch with you shortly to discuss membership and our group. 
 

Secular Homeschoolers of Southeast Texas (SHST) offers two family membership options:**

Social and Field Trip Membership
Cost: $30
Benefits: This membership grants access to all of our social events, including parties, field trips, parent brunches, parent book club and other gatherings. 
Exclusions: Thursday co-op classes and co-op days are not included in this membership.
Co-op Waiting Pool: After joining with the social membership, you can join the waiting pool for co-op membership. If accepted, your $30 will be applied towards the full co-op membership.
Fundraising Participation: To help us maintain low costs and fund our parties, we ask that social members participate in some of our fundraisers, which include t-shirt sales, dances, and the Student Council’s snack sales.

Co-op Membership
Benefits: This membership includes everything from the social membership plus the ability to register for Thursday co-op classes, and clubs. 

Membership Fees
One Student: $40 ($10 web hosting fee + $30 membership)
Two Students: $55 ($10 web hosting fee + $45 membership)
Three Students: $70 ($10 web hosting fee + $60 membership)
Four or More Students: $80 ($10 web hosting fee + $70 membership)

Additional Co-op Fees
Building Fee: A $10 monthly fee is required for families in the co-op to cover rent and supplies.
Class Fees: Each co-op teacher sets their own class fees, and we strive to keep these costs affordable for our members.
